Best YouTube Channels to Get Fit
If you’re looking for fresh video content, check out this selection of Youtubers for Bodybuilding, Fitness and Bodybuilding.
Before, to be get the latest topics, learn the best techniques to transform your body, etc. you had to buy magazines.
Fortunately, this time is over and we can now go on Youtube to consult the fitness chains and learn everything and anything, even the detailed development of the day of fitness stars.
Yet Youtube is sometimes the Wild West. Everyone can call themselves the new source of information and motivation. Only a few, however, managed to build a real community around them, providing great news and simply inspiring.
So, these are channels that are the most inspiring on youtube.
FitnessBlender is a YouTube workout channel where you will see a couple of trainers who also show you what to do depending on your goals. Compared to BeFit it looks a bit amateur and it is not that fun to follow their instructions. You don’t feel that you are fully involved unlike with BeFit. Good thing is that this couple shows a lighter and a harder version of each exercise so you can select the one that is better for your level. What we enjoyed is a timer that is always on the screen so you know for how long you need to torture yourself with this workout routine. What we didn’t enjoy is the atmosphere; the exercises are just exercises, they are not fun or exciting and the videos and narrations to videos are also pretty dull.
The Buff Dudes are totally aware that they come across as the typical gym ‘bros’ and they play up to that image. As well as having some really funny shorts such as their recent ‘Gym Gentlemen’ series, most of their workout videos come with a kind of wackiness that makes them fun to watch as well as informative. There are really good recipes as well as workouts on their channel, alongside general fitness tips and ways to keep healthy. Mostly, though, they are geared towards gym goers looking to put on a few pounds of muscle (the clue is in the title). Check their Twitter for (slightly cheesy) motivational quotes as well as cool videos, or have a look at their Facebook and Instagram accounts.
Bart Kwan made his debut on Youtube as a comedian making crazy antics.
His folowers, however, clearly noticed his physique and asked how he does it.
Bart will talk later about fitness and powerlifting in his life and opened his own gym in downtown Los Angeles a few years later.
his gym offers a good atmosphere between old school and good fellowship. The state of mind is that if you can go far alone, you can go even further in a group, it is the strength of the community.
The strength of the number!
You can always count on Omar Isut to provide you with informative and intelligent videos on bodybuilding & fitness, witty and entertaining.
I like his lively personality and his physical transformation is rather impressive.
Omar is one of the few Youtubeurs who combine the brain and muscles with a touch of Power Rangers of a new color.
Whatever your level of experience, Omar videos can help improve your diet (diet), make adjustments to your bodybuilding training and introduce you to new modes of training.
Bryce Lewis is an elite natural powerlifter.
He works in weight classes from 83 to 105 kg and has won more than 1785 competitions:
617 at the squat
446 in the bench press
722 to the deadlift
He is also the founder of “The Strength Athlete”, an online coaching service dedicated to those who lift HEAVY, for drug-free powerlifting.
Its YouTube channel is a gold mine for training, nutrition, stretching and mobility tips.
It explores a wide variety of topics related to mental preparation, programming and injury prevention.
Basically, go to her channel for information on powerlifting, but stay there for its authenticity, down-to-earth attitude and indomitable work ethic.
If you are looking for a strong female model body and mind, no need to procrastinate, hit the Youtube channel of Dana Linn Bailey, crowned Miss Olympia 2013. First woman in the history of the organization.
For some Dana is too muscular, but we are here to motivate and inspire. We cannot please everyone, if you do not like her style, no worries, go with a different channel.
Her attitude is unbelievable, her work ethic and her devotion to stay herself force respect. She is definitely inspiring without a doubt!
